Electrical inspections

Heavy current electrical inspection
I perform the safety inspection (VBF) of the building's electrical system with instrumental measurements. The goal is to find where electric shock or insulation risks lie.

Lightning protection inspection
During the periodic safety inspection of the lightning protection system, I check the condition of the air termination system, the down-conductor system, and the earthing system, as well as the earth resistance.

Before sale, before renting
I also prepare an inspection for the sale or rental of real estate. This way, both you and the other party get a clear picture of the condition of the property's electrical system.

Instrumental examination
Visual inspection alone is not enough. With measurements and thermal imaging, overheating connections, overloaded circuits, and hidden faults also become visible.

Minutes, documentation
Written documentation of the inspection is prepared: what I looked at, what I measured, and what the findings are. We will also discuss the identified deficiencies in a clear, prioritized order.

Troubleshooting in one hand
If the inspection reveals a fault, I also undertake the repair, as electrical construction is my specialty as well. You do not need to look for another professional for it.

How does it work?
Four simple steps from inquiry to finished documentation.
You will always know where you are in the process and what comes next.

Handover of documentation
I am handing over the report on the inspection, and we will discuss the findings: what is in order and what needs attention.
