Professional inspection of the electrical installation: based on visual inspection and instrumental measurements, it is determined whether the network complies with safety requirements. A report is prepared about the inspection, which records the findings and the necessary actions.
In such cases, the buyer, tenant, or agent often requests proof of the electrical system's condition, and it is also useful to know before signing a contract whether the system is in order. For this purpose, I perform pre-sale or pre-rental inspections, including the rectification of any identified deficiencies.
It examines whether the building's lightning protection system was built in accordance with the relevant standard and whether it fulfills its role in its current state: I also check the continuity of the air terminations, down conductors, and earthing, as well as the measured earth resistance.
